Orders placed on a normal business day will normally be dispatched within 2-3 days. Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded.

Returns

Due to health and safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept skin and body product returns once opened or the seal is broken.

All products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You are protected as an online customer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The Consumer Contracts Regulations states a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You have a further 14 days from the date you notify us that you would like to cancel your order to return the goods.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by email. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. You should receive your refund within 14 days of the date you have returned the goods to us.

Damaged Goods

If you are unfortunate to receive your product damaged, we will be happy to replace the item. Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. We require you to attach photographic evidence of the damage.
